We are located in the piney woods of East Texas but we assist drivers nationally and our membership includes drivers from every state.

American Drivers Association has been in business for 18 years and we know our way around the court system. We know what questions to ask the court to obtain the best possible options for you to keep your citations from becoming a part of your driver's record. A high percentage of cases can be resolved without you having to go to court.

We are not lawyers and we can not go to the court for you. What we do is to prepare you to serve as your own attorney by providing the paperwork you will need and give you suggestions on what to do and what to say if you do have to go to court. We have the paperwork you will need for your individual court. Certain states require specific paperwork and we tailor the paperwork to meet their requirements. We then send the paperwork to you for your signature and to mail to the court by certified mail.
